My friends sometimes mistakenly think that my job is glamorous. Occasionally it is, and I must admit that my assignment with Nick certainly fell into that category. As a location portrait photographer I’m never confined to a studio, which makes life both interesting and varied. And working somewhere scenic and relaxing also helps clients to enjoy the shoot and more importantly gain a range of images which suit their requirements and more importantly their personalities. Nick is a successful business owner and works within the travel industry – like the majority of my clients his preference is for natural imagery which says a little about his lifestyle. Being a resident of West Sussex we both agreed that a village location near Horsham would be ideal for Nick’s pictures, and would enable us to close the shoot with a delicous dinner at one of the poshest gastro-pubs I’ve ever been to.
